Born and raised in Cincinnati, Carl attended St. Xavier High School and the University of Cincinnati. He works closely with business owners, listening to their needs and customizing solutions that minimize risk and control costs.

Born and raised in Cincinnati, Mike attended St. Xavier High School and Miami University. He offers his clients a unique range of business services, with a focus on creating risk management plans with measurable results. Mike and his wife Kristen reside in Anderson Township with their two daughters.

Born and raised in Cincinnati, Jim attended St. Xavier High School, the University of Cincinnati and the University Of Cincinnati School Of Law. Jim applies his legal training to many areas of the insurance and financial industry, specializing in the qualified retirement and health plan market. Jim lives in College Hill with his wife Chris.

Jimmie creates and implements risk management plans for many different industries. He specializes in building programs for franchisors across North America. Jimmie is heavily involved in local youth sports and lives in Cincinnati with his wife and four boys.

Paul works closely with our sales team, providing expert advice and support on the latest trends in the commercial marketplace. He obtained his Cyber Risk Manager (cyRM) designation from Associated Risk Managers of Ohio and he frequently lectures on the topic to classes at the University of Cincinnati. He is currently the Regional President of the Board for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. Paul has a wife, Patti and three sons.

Kelly manages risk for our new clients in the individual market. She brings more than 27 years of experience to her position, helping clients recognize, understand and control risks. Kelly lives in Northern Kentucky with her husband and two boys.

Kelly is responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of CAI. She has built a deep understanding of our industry and clients needs through her past roles at CAI, including operations, claims and benefits. Currently, she lives in Northern Kentucky with her husband and kids.
